Make your old parts look like new!

In order to be able to offer our customers the most modern technology on the market, we have expanded our workshop with the Aquablast 1215 - a state-of-the-art wet blasting system for medium-sized workpieces.

What is Wet Blasting

Wet Blasting - also known as hydro- or vaporblasting - is a modern process for  high-quality surface treatment. A mixture of water and abrasive is applied to the surface of the workpieces under high pressure - for gentle, effective and virtually dust-free cleaning of the treated parts. Wet blasting is the ideal solution for sensitive and precision-manufactured parts.

Advantages of the technology

Smooth surface

Wet blasting creates a smooth, compacted surface with a slightly glossy finish, to which impurities adhere less

Gentle processing

The dampening effect of the water reduces material removal, which is particularly beneficial for delicate workpieces

Efficient cleaning

The water combines the blasting process with a cleaning effect and penetrates into the smallest crevices

Versatile application

Wet blasting is suitable for surface treatment in the automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering and tool manufacturing industries

Sustainability of Wet Blasting

Hardly any dust generation

During wet blasting, the dust generated is bound in the water, which significantly reduces air pollution. This improves working conditions and minimises health risks for users.

Low material consumption

As the water supports the abrasive effect of the blasting agent, less blasting agent is required. The closed system means that the abrasive can be reused for a very long time. This reduces material consumption.

Low water consumption

The closed system minimises water consumption

Environmental impact

The overall environmental impact is reduced due to lower dust generation and reduced material consumption
